Condensed Milk -200 ml. Sugar-3 table spoons. Elachi(Cardamom)-3. Make paneer into powder,add to the milk,mix thoroughly.Add sugar powder,cook for 5 minutes,till it gets thick.Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 1 minute.Grease a tray  with butter or ghee,Spread the melted chocolate and pour the milk  mixture into it and keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.Cut into slices.Serve it chilled. Rava sheera(semolina sweet): This sweet dish is made mostly on festivals and other special occasions in Telugu families to offer God(neivedyam).and distributed to family and friends who visit them, as prasadam. Rava sheera(semolina sweet) Cooking time-20 minutes. Servings-4 Ingredients: Semolina - 1cup Sugar -3/4 cup. Ghee -2 table spoons. Cashew nuts- 5 to 6.(chopped into small pieces) Melon seeds- 1 teaspoon. Raisins -10 to 12. Chironji seeds-1 teaspoon. Water -2 and 1/2 cups. Rava sheera(semolina sweet) Preparation: Add ghee to a cooking dish,on low heat fry the raisins,cashew nuts,chironji seeds,melon seeds to light golden colour and take them to a cup. Now add semolina to the remaining ghee ,in medium flame,fry for 2 to 3 minutes or till the fried aroma come out. Boil 2 and half cups of water,add a slowly to the fried semolina ,by mixing . Cook for 5 minutes. Add sugar mix it ,allow to cook for another 5 minutes. Now turn of the flame
