Rava sheera(semolina sweet):
This sweet dish is made mostly on festivals and other special occasions in Telugu families to offer God(neivedyam).and distributed to family and friends who visit them, as prasadam.

Cooking time-20 minutes.
Servings-4
Ingredients:
- Semolina - 1cup
 - Sugar -3/4 cup.
 - Ghee -2 table spoons.
 - Cashew nuts- 5 to 6.(chopped into small pieces)
 - Melon seeds- 1 teaspoon.
 - Raisins -10 to 12.
 - Chironji seeds-1 teaspoon.
 - Water -2 and 1/2 cups.

Preparation:
- Add ghee to a cooking dish,on low heat fry the raisins,cashew nuts,chironji seeds,melon seeds to light golden colour and take them to a cup.
 - Now add semolina to the remaining ghee ,in medium flame,fry for 2 to 3 minutes or till the fried aroma come out.
 - Boil 2 and half cups of water,add a slowly to the fried semolina ,by mixing .
 - Cook for 5 minutes.
 - Add sugar mix it ,allow to cook for another 5 minutes.
 - Now turn of the flame,sprinke cardamom powder and fried nuts and raisins.
