Aloo tikki or Potato Patties is a popular snack in India.
Aloo tikki is made with boiled and mashed potatoes with herbs and fried on a pan .It is served hot with Tamarind-Date chutney ,Green chutney or tomato ketchup.Easy to cook and tasty to eat.
Every one  in my family love to eat this.Children enjoy this snack.

Aloo tikki(Potato cutlet)

Ingredients:

Boil Potatoes -200 grams.(1 medium).
Salt-1/2 teaspoon.
Cumin-1/2 teaspoon.
Bread crumbs -1/2 a cup.
Green Chillies-2
Chat powder / Amchur(dry mango Powder) -1/2 teaspoon.
Coriander-1 tablespoon.
Canola Oil-1 table spoon
Aloo tikki(Potato cutlet)
Preparation:
Chop green chillies and coriander finely,Mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs.
Make the potato tikki, flat and round shape  and dust them with bread crumbs.Place a flat pan ,heat it and add 1 table spoon of oil,place the tikki's on  the pan,shallow fry on pan for 5 minutes,turning them for every 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
