Ingredients:

Rice flour- 1table spoon.
Gram flour -1 tablespoon.
Wheat flour-1cup.
Salt -1/2 teaspoon.
Oil for dough making -1 tablespoon.

Ingredients for stuffing:

Radish grated-1 cup
Green chilly paste-1/2 teaspoon.
Ginger finely chopped -1 teaspoon.
Finely chopped coriander- 2 teaspoons.


Preparation:

Mix salt in the grated radish leave it for five minute.
Now extract the juice of radish by squeezing.
Use this juice for making the dough.
Add oil and salt to the juice,mix the flours make soft dough.Cover it and leave it for 5 minutes.



  1. Prepare the stuffing by adding,green chilly paste ,cumin,chopped coriander,chopped ginger.
  2. Make equal size balls out it.


  1. Now take lemon sized dough,apply a little oil to it,using puri press ,press it, now keep the radish mix at the centre,cover it with dough by folding.
  2. Now press again.
  3. Heat a flat pan(tava pan),fry it on both sides .
