Ingredients:
Bhendi(okra) -250 grams.
Coriander powder.
Roasted sesame seeds-1 tablespoon.
Roasted chick peas(putnala pappu)-1 teaspoon.
Roasted Ground nuts-1 tablespoon.
Garlic pods -3.
Ginger -half inch pieces 2.
Chilly powder-1/2 teaspoon.
Salt-1/2 teaspoon.
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon.
Cumin(jeera)-1/2 teaspoon.
Besan(gram flour)-1 teaspoon.
Canola oil-1 table spoon for cooking.

Preparation:

Wash bhendi with water,wipe of the water with cloth.Cut the top and open bhendi long with knife.Prepare gram flour batter,adding gram flour with 1 table spoon of water and pinch of salt.Make masala powder for stuffing with roasted sesame seeds,roasted chick peas,roasted ground nuts,cumin,turmeric,salt,ginger,garlic.Stuff this masala powder in bhendi.Seal it with besan(gram flour)batter.Heat  1 table spoon of oil in flat pan,place the bhendi in the oil sealed side,cook  in slow flame for ten minutes,slowly turning every  two minutes.
