Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour-2 cups.
Oil/ghee-2 table spoons.
Rava sheera- 1 cup.
Water to make dough.(approximately 1and 1/2 cups)

Preparation:

Make the dough with whole wheat flour,oil and water and knead till soft.

  1. Take lemon size ball of wheat dough,press it or roll it as roti,Place lemon sized rava sheera in the centre.
  2. Fold the ends of roti .
  3. Cover the rava sheera,apply little oil.Press it or roll gently flat shape.
  4. Heat a flat pan,drop a little oil and fry it on both sides in a medium flame.
  5. Till it turns light pink colour or till done.
