Ingredients:

  1. Kheema(lamb mince)-500grams.
  2. Salt -1/2 tablespoon.
  3. Turmeric-1 teaspoon.
  4. Red chilly powder-1 table spoon.
  5. Gingergarlicpaste-1.5 table spoon.
  6. Cauliflower(Gobi)- 200grams.
  7. Tomatoes-2 (100 grams)
  8. Onions-2(finely chopped)
  9. Corriander powder-1/2 table spoon.
  10. Garam Masala-1/2 table spoon
  11. Shahjeera(caraway)-1/2 teaspoon.


Preparation:
Marinate kheema with ginger garlic paste,salt,chilly powder,turmeric.
Take a deep pan,heat 2 tablespoons of oil,add shahjeera(caraway),onions,saute till they turn golden brown.






Add finely cut tomatoes,cook for 2 minutes.
Add marinated kheema(lamb mince) ,mix thoroughly,cook it covered for 10 minutes.



Add cut cauliflower pieces to kheema,mix it and add coriander powder,garam masala and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix and cook covered for 5 minutes .



Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
