Darbari Dal(Rich creamy lentil)
This Dal is healthy ,rich in taste cooked with 3 types of lentils, dry fenugreek leaves an yogurt,add fresh milk cream before serving.Can be served with boiled rice or any Indian breads.

1 tablespoon moongdal(split green gram)
1 tablespoon chana Dal(chickpea lentil)
1 tablespoon toovar dal(pigeon pea lentil)
1 teaspoon kasuri methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
3/4 spoon mustard seeds
3/4 teaspoon cumin
3/4 turmeric powder.
1/2 teaspoon chilly powder.
1/4 garam masala powder
1 teaspoon coriander and cumin powder.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 medium onion.
2 medium tomatoes.
3 green chillies.
1/2 cup yogurt.
fresh milk cream
2 cups of water.
oil for cooking.
Preparation:
Wash and soak Dal for 30 minutes to an hour.
Place a pressure cooker on flame,add 1 teaspoon of oil,add mustard seeds,onions green chillies,kasuri methi,saute for a minute,add tomatoes,turmeric,cumin and coriander powder,chilly powder,garam masala powder,salt,mix well and cook for two minutes.
Remove water from soaked Dal,add to the tomatoes,mix.
Add 2 cups of water.
Pressure cook on medium flame for 5 whistles.
Lower the flame cook for 3 more whistles.
Allow the steam to escape naturally.
Open the lid ,add curd mix well.
Add fresh milk cream before serving.
