Achari paneer gravy
Cottage cheese cooked with youghrt and tangy pickle gravy.

Ingridients
- 150grams-Paneer(cottage cheese) .
- 1/4 teaspoon GingerGarlic paste(crushed)
- 3-Green chilly
- 1-Large Onion
- 2-medium tomatoes.
- 1 -teaspoon dry mango powder.
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
- 3/4 teaspoon chilly powder
- 1- teaspoon Mango pickle gravy
- 1/2 teaspoon.Fennel seeds
- Ginger Mango Pickle(any spicy mango pickle gravy) -1/ teaspoon.
- Oil -2 teaspoon.
Procedure:
Add oil and Saute paneer and keep aside.Add cumin,mustard,fennel to oil.
Make rough paste of onion,add to oil,cook on low flame.
When oil starts coming out from onions,add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, add chopped tomatoes,green chillies,youghrt,mix it.
Now add chilly powder ,dry mango powder,pickle gravy,mix and cook it for 5minutes or tomatoes are cooked well.
Add paneer and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with vegetable biryani or Breads
