Ingridients:
Lamb marination:
500 grams lamb meat(mutton)1 tablespoon gingergarlic paste
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons redchillipowder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Other ingridients:
3 green chillies chopped1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon corriander powder
10 to 15 cashew nuts and almonds paste.
1 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon kewra water(optional)
2 tablespoons fresh milk cream.
3 tablespoons brown onions
Oil 2 table spoons.
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Whole spice:
5 to 6 cloves,2-Cinnamon stick,
1-bay leaf,
3 to 4 green cardamons,
1/4 teaspoon shajeera(caraway seeds).
mint and coriander leaves.
Preparation:
Marinate lamb meat with salt ,ginger garlic paste,chilly powder,and turmeric ,leave in refrigerator for an hour.Mix the marinated lamb meat with lemon juice, yogurt,garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, whole spices and brown onions
.Heat oil, add marinated meat, cover and cook on low flame till the meat is done .
Now add cashew nuts and almonds paste, milk cream and kewra water.
Mix well,cook uncovered for 10 more minutes on low flame.
Garnish with mint and coriander leaves,serve hot.
