Tangy ,spicy ginger fish curry.

Ingredients:
2 White fish fillet fish1 table spoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon gram flour
1/2 teaspoon cornflour.
For ginger soup:
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon finely chopped spring onions
2 tablespoons finely chopped capsicum.
1/2 cup finely chopped onions.
1 tablespoon cornflour.
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce.
2 cups water.
Oil for cooking.
Extra chopped chilies,onions,spring onions and ginger for final dressing.
Preparation:
Clean and wash fish fillets.
Cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
Cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
Rub salt and lemon juice,cover and leave in refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.
Make a paste of cornflour,gram flour,ginger paste and pepper powder.
Apply this paste to fish on both sides.
Heat a pan ,spread 2 teaspoon of oil,place the marinated fish on pan,fry for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides.
Remove them on to plate.
Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup of water,add to onions,add the remaining water,on medium flame cook the soup till it is sticky and medium soup consistency.
Now add the fried fish fillets,cook for a minute.
Garnish with chopped onions,chilies,spring onions.
Serve hot with rice or bread or even noodles.
Adjust salt according to taste.

In the same pan,add 1/2 teaspoon oil,heat it.
Add chopped onions,saute till pink,add finely chopped ginger, green chilies,spring onions, capsicum saute for a minute.
Add soy sauce,mix well.
