Ingredients:

1 cup -sliced Indian broad beans.
2 small onions
2 medium tomatoes.
2 tablespoons kasuri methi.(dried fenugreek leaves).
5 to 8 curry leaves.
2 green chillies.
1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
1/2 teaspoon chilly powder.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds.
1/4 teaspoon cumin.
5 to 10 almonds.
2 teaspoons oil for cooking.

Preparation:
Clean and cook broad beans up to 3/4 done with water and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Drain all the water from beans.
Remove the skin of almonds.

Place pan, add oil and heat it.
Add mustard,cumin when they start splutter,add sliced onions ,green chillies,saute for a minute.
Add curry leaves,dried fenugreek leaves,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,mix well.

Add chopped tomatoes,salt, chilly powder,mix and add 1/4 cup of water,cook tomatoes are soft.
Now add cooked beans,almonds, mix well and cover it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
Serve with roti or rice.
