Jalapeno stuffed olive and cheese puff pastry
Crunchy, tangy, cheesy low fat baked pastry puffs, any time quick snack to burst hunger for cheese lovers.

Ingredients:
1 pack of Whole wheat low fat puff pastry squares
1/2 a cup sliced green pickled olives
12 slices of pickled jalapenos
1/2 a cup of grated mozzarella cheese
Tomato ketchup for spreading.
Preparation:
Pre heat oven on 180degree temperature.
Defrost pastry sheets.
Place a baking paper on baking tray.
Stuff the pastry sheets by spreading tomato ketchup,place some olives,one piece of pickled jalapeno pepper
and 1/2 a teaspoon of grated mozzarella cheese,fold it in desired shape.
When all the puffs are stuffed,place them on baking tray.
Bake them for 10 minutes on 180 degree temperature on medium rack or until crisp and golden brown.
