Gobi 65/Cauliflower 65
Hot and spicy gobi65 appetizer for cold winters.

Ingredients to make cauliflower snacks for cauliflower65:
2 cups of cauliflower/gobi florets cleaned and washed.
3/4 Th spoon of salt.
3/4 spoon of pepper powder.
3/4 cup of rice flour
3/4 cup of cornflour
1 cup of plain flour or maida.
1/2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
1 cup of oil for deep frying.
Preparing cauliflower snacks for gobi65:
Boil 3 cups of water,add cleaned and washed cauliflower florets,drain immediately.
Now add salt and cornflour,shake the bowl to coat corn flour and salt.
Add pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,rice flour and plain flour,mix gently.
Heat oil in a pan,on a medium to high flame,drop the cauliflower florets few(5 to 8 florets) at a time,if not cauliflower snacks come out uncooked and soft.
Fry them until golden brown.
Repeat the remaining.
Ingredients to make cauliflower 65(gobi65):1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic.
1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger.
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onions.
1/2 teaspoon of finely chopped green chillies.
1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh curry leaves.
1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder.
Add cauliflower snacks and pepper powder,saute for a minute.
Switch of the flame,add remaining curry leaves and a teaspoon of finely chopped onions for dressing.Mix it.
Take into a serving bowl and serve hot.Though salt is not required,add according to taste.
*Adjust chillies and pepper powder according to taste*
