Ingredients:
Rice flour-3 cups.
Urad Dal(minapappu):1/2 cup.
Butter-1 tablespoon.

Ajwain / vamu(carom seeds)-1 tablespoon.
Sesame seeds-2 tablespoons.
Cumin / jeera-1 teaspoons.
Cumin / jeera-1 teaspoons.
Red chili powder-1tablespoons.
Salt-2 teaspoons.
Add butter and a table spoon of oil,heat it,add rice flour salt, chilly powder, sesame seeds, and,fry it for 3 to 4 minutes.Let it cool.
Wash and pressure cook urad dal by adding 2 cups of water for 3 to 4 whistles.

Allow it to cool.Grind this a smooth paste.Add this to rice flour,cumin, ajwain.Add water if needed.Knead the dough till soft.
Take a small portion of dough and fill in the muruku press or chakli press.
Heat oil for deep frying,flame should be high while dropping muruku.
Pipe the dough in to hot oil with chakli maker rotating round .
Fry few at a time.
Place them on absorbing paper,cool them and store in air tight container.
