Tofu in Schezwan Gravy

Tofu in Schezwan Gravy |
Ingredients:
Tofu -100 grams.
Capsicums -2 or 3.
Zucchini-1 inch(optional).
Green chillies-6.
Onions-2 medium
Garlic cloves-5
Salt -1/2 teaspoon.
Cornflour-1/2 tablespoon.
Water-1 cup.
Ching's Schezwan chutney -2 tablespoons.
Canola oil-1/2 teaspoon.
Tofu -100 grams.
Capsicums -2 or 3.

Salt -1/2 teaspoon.
Cornflour-1/2 tablespoon.
Water-1 cup.
Ching's Schezwan chutney -2 tablespoons.
Canola oil-1/2 teaspoon.
Preparation:
Cut all the vegetables and tofu in 1/2 inch size pieces.
Add oil to a pan,Saute garlic,chillies,onions to light brown.
Add capsicums,Zucchini,saute for 2 more minutes in high flame.
Lower the flame add Chings Schezwan,mix well,allow it cook for minute.
Mix cornflour and water,add this to vegetables,add pepper powder and cook until it gets thick.
Add fried tofu to the Schezwan gravy ,cook for another three more minutes.
Serve with any bread or rice.
