Ingridients:

Tiger prawns - 4
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 teaspoon chopped garlic.
1 tablespoon curd.
1 teaspoon pepper powder
2tablespoons of fresh coriander
2 tablespoons of fresh mint
2 green chillies finely chopped.
Oil for grilling.

Marinating prawns:

Blend ginger,garlic,curd,green chillies,coriander,mint 
leaves,pepper powder  and make a paste.
Diagonally slit prawns.Clean them.Rub salt and lemon juice 
to prawns.
Marinate with green paste.Cover and leave in refrigerator for an 
hour.



Heat pan grill,add oil ,insert wooden skewer ,place prawns and grill for 25 to 30 
minutes,turning frequently.

Serve hot.
