Ingredients:
Lemon juice- 4 lemons.
Salt-1 teaspoon or as per taste.
Green chillies -2 or 3
Curry leaves-10 to15.
Dry red chillies-4
Ground nuts-1 tablespoon.
Split black gram/minapappu-1 teaspoon.
Mustard seeds/avalu-1 teaspoon.
Cumin /jeera-1 teaspoon.
Turmeric-1/2 teaspoon.
Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon.
Oil for cooking -2 teaspoons.
Astoefitida /inguva/hing-a pinch.
Preparation:
Spread boiled rice in flat bowl or plate,allow it cool.Mean while make tempering,for tempering add oil in to a pan and heat it.
Add one by one mustard seeds,cumin,split black gram,dry red chillies,ground nuts.
let the ground nut fry for a half minute now add slit green chillies,curry leaves ,turmeric powder and astoefitida.
Switch off the flame and cool it.
Now add the salt, lemon juice , pepper powder and mix well.
Now add the tempering after it is cool,mix well.
Serve.
