Healthy summer cooler with mint and ginger flavour.

Ingredients:
Mint Chaas(Mint flavoured butter milk) |
Curd or thick butter milk(Laban) - 3 cups.
Mint leaves-Hand full or 1/2 a cup.
Green chilly-1/2 inch.
Fresh ginger-1/2 inch.
Salt-1/4 teaspoon.
Sugar-1/2 teaspoon.
Cumin powder-1/4 teaspoon.
Black salt-1/4 teaspoon.
Procedure:
Make a paste of mint,ginger,cumin,salt sugar,black salt and green chilly and add to the buttermilk.Mix well and serve chilled.
