Egg fried rice with Mint
A quick and delicious recipe with lots of fresh mint flavour.Any time meal and a lunch box recipe.

Ingredients:
Finely sliced Onion -1
Finely sliced -green chillies -2.
Fresh mint leaves chopped - 1 table spoon.
Grated carrot-1/2 cup.
Cooked white rice -1 cup.
Salt-1/2 teaspoon.
Pepper powder -1/4 teaspoon.
garam masala-3/4 teaspoon.
Eggs-3
Canola oil-1 teaspoon.
How to prepare:
Heat canola oil in a wok or a pan over medium heat.Add cloves ,finely sliced onion,Grated carrot,garlic,mint leaves, sliced green chillies and fry gently until light pink coloured or softened.
Add eggs ,salt and whisk until they are beginning to scramble and cook.
Add cooked white rice,pepper powder,garam masala powder, and stir well,cook for a minute and serve.
