Ingredients:
Bhendi/Lady's finger/Okra -200grams.
Chilly powder -1 teaspoon.
Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon.
Salt -1/2 teaspoon.
Sesame seeds -1/2 table spoon.
Crushed cornflakes-1/2 teaspoon.
For dry masala:
Make powder of below things for dry masala.
Putnala Pappu/Puffed split chickpeas-2 tablespoons.
Cumin/jeera-1/2 teaspoon.
Garlic clove -1.
Ginger -1/2 inch.
Curry leaves -4 to 5.
Coriander powder-1/2 teaspoon.

Oil for greasing the baking tray.
Wash bhendi/okra with water,wipe all the water with a dry cloth.
Cut bhendi/okra in to four pieces length wise.
Add salt,turmeric,chilly powder,sesame seeds and dry masala powder,crushed cornflakes ,mix well and leave it for 3 to 5 minutes.

Serve this with any meal like roti Dal,or rice.
