Batani soya kura Pulao Rice/Green peas and Dill leaves Pulao rice with Peach Parsley Salad.
This is very light ,quick ,healthy and easy recipe,served with any gravy curry .

Ingredients:
- Soya leaves -1 bunch.
- Basmati rice -2 cups.
- Green chillies-3.
- Green peas-2 table spoons.
- Cinnamon sticks -2.
- Shajeera(Caraway seeds) -1/2 teaspoon.
- Cardamoms(elachi) -3.
- Cloves-4.
- Peppercorns-1/2 teaspoon.
- Bay leaves-1.
- Brown onions(caramelised onions)-1 teaspoon.
- Oil or ghee - 1 teaspoon.
- Dried cranberries-2 table spoons.(optional)

- Wash basmati rice thoroughly with water.Soak for 10 minutes.Clean soya leaves,wash and chop.
- Boil four cups of water,add 1 tea spoon of salt,spices Cinnamon,bay leaf,cardamons,peppercorns,cloves.
- Remove water from rice,add to the boiling water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes,until rice is 3/4 cooked.
- Drain rice in a colander.

Add ghee or oil to a pan and heat it.
Add onions,saute for a minute,add green peas,sliced green chillies,Dill leaves and salt saute for 2 more minutes.
Now fry cranberries separately with 2 drops of oil.
Spread rice in a pan ,add sauteed green peas and soya to rice and will well.
Cover it with a silver foil and lid.place this pan on hot tawa,cook for 10 minutes in a low flame.
