Hariyali chicken (Pan grilled chicken with Green paste)
Preparation:
Clean and wash coriander leaves ,mint leaves and green chillies.Remove the skin of ginger, garlic.
Make a paste of all these adding yogurt and garam masala.Marinate chicken with salt,green paste,Squeeze lemon juice,rub to the marinated chicken and add gram flour.Leave it refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or over night.
Preheat cast iron pan grill for 5 minutes,Spread two table spoon of oil .Insert chicken pieces to bamboo skewers, grill on low flame for 40 to 45 minutes,turning for every 5 minutes.Serve hot with lemon to squeeze juice on chicken and slice onions.
