Scrambled Egg Sandwich
Quick breakfast with in five minutes.
Scrambled Egg Sandwich
Serving -1 person
Ingredients:
Long sandwich bread-1
eggs -1
Garlic clove -1(finely chopped)
Pepper powder-1 teaspoon.
Oil -1 teaspoon.
Salt-half teaspoon.
Butter (option) to toast the bread.
Tomato ketchup-1 teaspoon.
Tomatoes - 5 to 6 long sliced ,remove seeds.
Preparation:
Cut the bread in long,Toast bread with the butter.
Whisk egg with chopped garlic, salt,Pepper powder.
Add oil to a small pan ,and heat it.Add the egg mixture, mix continuously ,it should not form
cake.Cook it for 2 minutes.
Place the scrambled egg on bread ,add tomato ketchup,and sliced tomato.Serve it with Gulkand badam milk(Almond Rose Milk)
