Kulfi  (Indian ice cream)
Ingredients:
  1. Milk cream-160 grams.
  2. Condensed milk-170 grams.
  3. Sugar powder-1.5 table spoons.
  4. Saffron- 4 to 5 strands.
  5. Powdered Pistachio - 2 table spoon.
  6. Kulfi  (Indian ice cream)
Cooking time-approximately 10 minutes.
Refrigeration time-2 to 4 hours.

Preparation:

Add condensed milk,saffron soaked in 1 table spoon of milk,Milk cream,and sugar powder.
Cook them thoroughly mixing for 2 to 3 minutes or until it gets medium consistency.

Cool it, pour it in desired moulds,close tightly, refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours in freezer.
