Idiyappam
Steamed rice noodle made with rice flour, served with spicy gravy curries for breakfast or dinner.

Ingredient's:
2 cups rice flour
3 cups water.
1 teaspoon of oil.
Salt to taste.(or 1/2 teaspoon)
Procedure:
Boil 3 cups of water,add salt and oil.
Add rice flour mixing thoroughly.
Switch of the flame,allow it cool.
Knead it soft dough.
Press them on steaming plates using chakli moulds,on idiyappam plates or idly moulds.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes .
Serve hot.
