Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of cream cheese.2 tablespoons of sweet corns(frozen)
6 bread slices.
Preparation:
Rinse sweet corn with hot water,squeeze all the water,Spread cream cheese one side of each bread.
Spread sweet corns,cover it with anther bread slice.
Heat a skillet or grill pan,on low temperature fry it for 3 to 4 minutes,turning frequently on both sides.
Serve hot with fresh pineapple and pomegranate juice for a tasty breakfast.
