Sesame ladoo
Nuvvula laddo or Til ke ladoo is prepared for sankranti festival.Easy to make recipe with just two ingredients.
Sesame ladooIngredients:
Dry roasted sesame seeds-1 cup.
Jaggery-1/2 cup.
Ghee to shape ladoo.

Preparation:
Melt jaggery,when it starts bubbling,switch of the flame.
Add roasted sesame seeds ,mix well.
When the mixture is slight warm,apply ghee to hand,shape into ladoos.
Allow them to cool,and store in dry container.
If we want ladoos to be a bit soft,add 1/2 teaspoon of wheat flour,to the melted jaggery before adding sesame seeds.
