Ingredients:
Cow peas(bobbarlu)-1 cup.Fresh ginger-1 inch.
Onions small(chopped)-2.
Green chillies(chopped)-4.
Peppercorns-5 to 10.
Curry leaves-10 to 15.
Cumin(Jeera)-1/2 teaspoon.
Salt-1/2 teaspoon.(according to taste)
Oil for deep frying.
Preparation:
Soak cow peas for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.Wash again and drain all the water.
Grind all the ingredients except jeera,now take the mix into bowl add cumin and mix well.
Heat oil ,make round and flat shape taking a table spoon of mix ,make hole in the centre,drop in hot oil care fully.
Oil should be on high flame while dropping,make flame to medium to low.
Fry few at a time.
Fry it till brown colour.
Place them on oil absorbing paper.
Serve hot .Snacks
