Ingredients:

Senga guggilu /black chana sundal

Black chana Dal(nalla sengalu)-1cup.
Curry leaves-5 to 6.
urad dal-1 tablespoon.
Green chillies-3(optional)
Cumin-1/2 teaspoon.
Salt-1/4 teaspoon.
Dry red chillies-1/4 teaspoon.
Grated fresh coconut-1 tablespoon.
Canola oil-1/2 teaspoon.

Preparation:

wash and soak black chana dal over night,wash and drain.
Heat oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard,urad dal,curry leaves,green chillies.
Add black chana dal,saute on medium fire for 2 minutes,add salt .

Switch off the flame,take into serving bowl add grated fresh coconut and serve .
