Ingridients:

Paneer -200 grams.
Besan/Chickpea flour -1 tablespoons.
Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon.
Youghrt/curd-2 tablespoons.
Ginger garlic paste -1/4 teaspoon.
Tandoori masala-1 tablespoon.
Lemon juice -1 tablespoon.
Capsicum -1 cup.

Procedure:

Remove excess water from curd,add tandoori masala,pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,besan, lemon juice and mix well.
Add paneer cubes,leave it for five minutes.
For skewers insert capsicum and paneer cubes alternatively.
Heat a thick pan,add oil and spread evenly,now place the  paneer skewers,cook slowly turn other sides,for another 5 minutes until it turns brown.
Serve hot.
