Pan grilled Paneer Tikka.

Favourite and tasty vegetarian snack for every one.
Paneer -200 grams.
Besan/Chickpea flour -1 tablespoons.
Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon.
Youghrt/curd-2 tablespoons.
Ginger garlic paste -1/4 teaspoon.
Tandoori masala-1 tablespoon.
Lemon juice -1 tablespoon.
Capsicum -1 cup.
Add paneer cubes,leave it for five minutes.
For skewers insert capsicum and paneer cubes alternatively.
Heat a thick pan,add oil and spread evenly,now place the paneer skewers,cook slowly turn other sides,for another 5 minutes until it turns brown.
Serve hot.

Remove excess water from curd,add tandoori masala,pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,besan, lemon juice and mix well.Add paneer cubes,leave it for five minutes.
