Ingredients:
Cow peas/bobbarlu -1 cup.
Crushed garlic clove-1.
Curry leaves-5 to 6.
Onions chopped-1 tablespoon.
Green chilly-1(optional)
Cumin-1/4 teaspoon.
Salt-1/4 teaspoon.
Chilly powder-1/4 teaspoon.
Canola oil-1/2 teaspoon.
Heat oil in a pan,add cumin,crushed garlic,curry leaves,onions,green chillies.
Add sprouts,saute on medium fire for 2 minutes,add salt and chilly powder.
Switch off the flame,take into serving bowl ,squeeze some lime juice and serve hot.
