Blueberry Cheese Cake
Soft ,moist and fluffy cheese cake.
Blueberry Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
Refined flour-1.5 cups
Sugar- 1cups.
Baking powder-2 tablespoons.
Butter/canola oil - 1cup
Milk-1/2 cup.
Cream Cheese-2 tablespoons.
Blueberries -1 pack
Eggs-3
Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon.
A 8 or10 inch round cake tin.
Now pour mixture into greased cake tin,top it with cleaned blueberries.
Bake it in the pre-heated oven about 25-30 minutes or till done at 280 degree or according to oven instructions.(insert a knife and check it should come out clean)
Cool and then remove cake from pan by loosening edges with a knife.

How to make the cake batter and bake:
Pre-heat oven.
Make sugar powdered.Sieve flour with baking powder.Blend powdered sugar /canola oil,milk,add eggs ,flour,Vanilla essence except cream cheese.Now add cream cheese ,mix well spoon.Now pour mixture into greased cake tin,top it with cleaned blueberries.
