Beans stir fry with milk.
A quick and healthy recipe cooked with milk and sesame powder.
French beans-1 cup chopped.
Onion-1
Chilly powder-1/2 teaspoon.
Ginger garlic paste-3/4 teaspoon.
Turmeric powder-3/4 teaspoon.
Sesame powder-1/2 teaspoon.
Milk-half cup.
Mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon.
Cumin-1/2 teaspoon.
Salt 1/2 teaspoon.
Oil for cooking-1/2 teaspoon.
Oil for cooking-1/2 teaspoon.
Preparation:
Boil beans adding a cup of water and salt or pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Drain excess water after beans are cooked.
Take pan add a oil and heat it.
Add mustard,cumin,chopped onions curry leaves,when onions turns pink ,add turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste.
Add cooked beans,sesame powder,chilly powder, salt,fry for 2 minutes.
