Hyderabadi Kheema Gobi(Mince lamb meat with cauliflower)
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Marinate kheema with ginger garlic paste,salt,chilly powder,turmeric.
Take a deep pan,heat 2 tablespoons of oil,add shahjeera(caraway),onions,saute till they turn golden brown.

- Kheema(lamb mince)-500grams.
- Salt -1/2 tablespoon.
- Turmeric-1 teaspoon.
- Red chilly powder-1 table spoon.
- Gingergarlicpaste-1.5 table spoon.
- Cauliflower(Gobi)- 200grams.
- Tomatoes-2 (100 grams)
- Onions-2(finely chopped)
- Corriander powder-1/2 table spoon.
- Garam Masala-1/2 table spoon
- Shahjeera(caraway)-1/2 teaspoon.
Preparation:
Marinate kheema with ginger garlic paste,salt,chilly powder,turmeric.
Take a deep pan,heat 2 tablespoons of oil,add shahjeera(caraway),onions,saute till they turn golden brown.
Add finely cut tomatoes,cook for 2 minutes. Add marinated kheema(lamb mince) ,mix thoroughly,cook it covered for 10 minutes. |
Add cut cauliflower pieces to kheema,mix it and add coriander powder,garam masala and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix and cook covered for 5 minutes . |
Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
