Ingredients:
Burgol(goduma rava) washed and soaked-1 cup.
Blank chana dal Sprouts(black chickpeas)-1/2 cup.
Onion -1
Tomato-1
Green chillies-3.
Ginger-1/2 inch.
Curry leaves-5 leaves.
Salt -1 teaspoon.
Water-1.5 cups.
Oil for cooking-1 tablespoon.
Preparation:
Cut onions, chillies, ginger and tomatoes finely.
Add oil to a pan ,add onions,curry leaves, green chillies saute for a minute,add tomatoes.
