Ingredients:

  1. Milk fish fillet -2 Piece(about 500gms)
  2. Chilly Powder -1 teaspoon
  3. Pepper powder -11/2 tea spoon.
  4. Salt -1 teaspoon.
  5. Gram flour(besan) -1 tablespoon.
  6. Corn flour -2 table spoons.
  7. Ginger garlic paste(freshly ground) -1/2 teaspoon.
  8. Sesame - 1 tablespoon.
  9. vinegar-1 tablespoon.

Fish Fingers

Procedure:

Soak fish in water added vinegar for 5 minutes and clean.Remove all the water.Cut horizontal with finger length and width.
Marinate with all the ingredients except Oil.
Heat oil in a pan or tawa to boiling temperature, deep fry.
Drop 1 piece of fish at a time,so that it will not stick each other.
Fry till golden colour,to get  crispy .
Fish fingers will ready to be served with tomato ketchup for a weekend treat for children or for a cocktail party.
