  Ingredients:

For  the stuffing:
2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
1/2 cup chopped nuts and dates.
2 tablespoons roasted semolina in ghee
2 tablespoons dry coconut powder
1/2 teaspoon cardamoms powder

For the dough:

Baked dry fruit gujiya
1 cup of plain flour
Pinch of baking powder
2 tablespoons ghee or butter at room temperature.

Preparation:

Combine flour,ghee,baking powder and mix well.
Add enough water to make soft dough.let it rest for 1 to 2 hours.
For stuffing,mix all the ingredients together.

Make equal lemon sized balls out of the dough.
Press or roll out each ball in to round disc.

Put a teaspoon full of stuffing in centre,close it to form a semi circle,press the edges to seal it,and press the edges with a fork,so the edges are not thick.
Repeat the remaining dough with stuffing.
Grease the baking tray,place the gujiyas in baking tray,brush with oil.
Preheat oven and place the baking tray in the middle rack,and bake it at 200 degree temperature for about 10 minutes,or until gujiya turns light pink.

Remove from oven ,and serve.
