Ingredients:

Tutti frutti tea cake with Milkpowder

Plain flour -175 grams.(1 cup)
Powdered sugar-175 grams.(3/4 cup)
Canola oil-1 cup
Eggs(room temperature) -3.
Baking powder -1 table spoon.
Vanilla Essence-1 tablespoon.
Milk powder -2 table spoon.
Cornflour-1 teaspoon.
Tutti frutti -2 table spoons.

Procedure:

Tutti frutti tea cake with Milkpowder

Preheat oven  to 250 degree C.(follow according to your oven instructions)
Sift together flour and baking powder.Mix all the dry ingridients expect milk powder.
Grease 2 loaf tins, 
In a bowl, Whisk together oil and  eggs.
Add dry ingridients and mix well for about 3 minutes,add vanilla essence.
Add milk powder.
Do not over beat or mix.
Divide the batter into 2 containers.
Add tutti frutti to the container and mix it.
Bake for 15 to  20 minutes.Or insert a knife into the cake,it should come out clean.
Remove from oven, let it cool.
Remove cake from the tin.Store in a dry container.
