Easy to cook rice recipe in summers and for lunch box.

Ingredients:
2 cups of Boiled rice
2 tablespoons of Grated raw mango
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
For seasoning:
6 to 8 Cashew nuts
1 table spoon ground nuts
3 green chillies slit.
4 to 5 dry red chillies
10 to 15 curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
pinch of astoefitida
1 tablespoon oil for cooking.

Preparation:
Spread white rice on plate allow it to cool completely.
Sprinkle pepper powder.
Mix salt in grated mango.
To make seasoning,Heat oil in a pan ,add all the dry ingredients except turmeric and astoefitida,when they start tempering add curry leaves,green chillies,turmeric and astoefitida.
Switch of the flame.
Now add grated mango to rice, mix well.
Add tempering to rice and serve.
