Hot summer cool dessert with mango and sago.

 Ingredients:

1 Alphonso ripe mango.
1 tablespoon of  sago seeds
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 small condensed milk tin.
Cardamom powder(optional)

Mango sago pudding

Extract mango pulp from mango fruit.
Wash and soak sago in 1 cup of water for half an hour.
Mango sago pudding
 Boil a cup of water,add soaked sago,cook until they are done,add water if required.
Add condensed milk and sugar,cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously on low flame.(adjust sugar according to taste)
Now add mango pulp,cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Switch of the flame and allow it cool ,transfer in serving bowls.

Refrigerate for an hour.Serve chilled.

    1. Coconut milk or soy milk can be used as a substitute.
