Ingredients:

2 cups of rice, washed and soaked.
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped beans
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
3 slit green chillies.
1/4 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chilly sauce
1 tablespoon chilly vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar.
2 tablespoon oil for cooking.
salt to taste.



Preparation:
Boil 4 cups of water ,add 1/2 tablespoon oil and rice.
Boil rice till 3/4 done,drain rice in a colander and keep rice aside.



Heat a wide pan or wok,add remaining oil and heat it.
Add sugar,when it starts melting,add chopped garlic,onions,slit green chillies,saute till onions are light brown.
Add chopped carrots,beans,capsicum,cabbage,spring onions ,mix well.
Cook them on medium flame until half done.
Add soy sauce,chilly sauce,chilly vinegar,mix well.
Now add boiled rice,pepper powder, mix well, cook until rice is done.
Add salt according to taste.
Serve hot.
