Oven baked chicken kebabs marinated with garlic and mustard sauce,a tasty and healthy appetisers for weekend parties,serve with garlic sauce,pickled vegetables,grilled capsicum and onion wedges,arabic bread.

Ingredients:

Breast chicken-500grams
Garlic paste-1 teaspoon
Salt-3/4 teaspoon
Mustard sauce-1 tablespoon.
Lemon juice-2 tablespoon.

Mustard sauce:

Make a paste of:
White mustard-2 tablespoons.
Sesame seeds-1 teaspoon.
Vinegar-1 tablespoon.
Pepper powder-1 tablespoon.

 Preparation:

Cut the chicken breasts into 1/2 inch thickness and about a inch in length.
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl,rub to the chicken breasts thoroughly ,cover it and keep in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or a day before.
Soak the bamboo skewers for 10 minutes in water,this will prevent burning in oven.
Pre heat oven at 300degree temperature.
Insert chicken breast to skewers ,spray some oil.

Lay the skewers on the grill in a single layer,on the middle rack.
 Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
