Ingredients:

1 cup plain flour.
1 teaspoon thymol seeds(ajwain)
1/2 teaspoon chilly flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon clarified butter
1 teaspoon salt
water to knead
Oil for deep frying.

Preparation:
Mix the ajwain seeds,salt,pepper powder,chilly flakes,rub clarified butter in flour,so that it resembles like  crumbs.
Add water and knead the flour into stiff dough.
Cover dough and set a side for 10 to 15 minutes.
Make the dough into equal size balls.
Roll each dough ball into a circle in thick roti or sheet.
Prick with a fork all  over the surface.
Cut into  strips of desired shape and size.

Heat oil in a pan on medium to high flame.
Fry few at a time to light golden brown turning both sides.
Remove from oil and place on absorbent paper.

Fry the remaining similarly on medium to high flame.
Cool and store in airtight container.
