Ingredients:

3 medium boiled potatoes.
2 cups  of  sliced and boiled mixed vegetables(french beans,green peas,carrots,sweet corns)
2 cups of tomatoes puree.
1 cup of grated onion
3 green chillies slit
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
2 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
1 teaspoon of salt.

Procedure:

Boil vegetables.
Make puree of tomatoes blending them .
Finely chop green chillies
Heat oil in a pan.
Add  grated onions,ginger,garlic paste and green chillies saute for 2 minutes or until it turns light brown.
Add tomato puree,when puree is cooked for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Add pav bhaji masala,mix it.Add boiled  mixed vegetables and boiled potatoes,mash them ,add salt and stir.
Cook  for 3 to 4 minutes until oil separates.

To serve:

Heat some butter,toast the pav bread,add lemon juice to curry and fresh coriander and serve hot.

  1. The best pav bhaji I have ever had is in Mumbai and did not thought of making by my own. But the recipe and dish snap that you have mentioned is mouth watery. I loved it. I am surely gonna try this out at home this weekend. Thank u
