How to make pan grilled Tandoori chicken  at home

Winter season started for us,very pleasant weather,every on love to eat some thing hot and warm,when we don't find time for a beach barbecue,we try make some special grills at home.This restaurant style tandoori chicken is juicy inside and crispy outside.with spicy flavour.

Ingredients:

Tandoori chicken pan grilled

Chicken -1000grams.
Salt-2tea spoon.
Ginger garlic paste-1 table spoon.
Tandoori masala-1 tablespoon.

Red food colour-3/4 teaspoon
Lemons-2
Garam masala-1/2 teaspoon.
Yogurt(curd)2 tablespoons.

Preparation:

Cut the whole  chicken into four pieces 2- breasts and 2- leg pieces,make incisions with sharp knife.
Marinate chicken with salt,ginger garlic paste,Squeeze lemon juice,rub to the marinated chicken ,cover itLeave it in refrigerator for 1/2 an hour or1  hour.Make a paste of  yogurt(remove whey from yogurt by tying in muslin cloth), tandoori masala and garam masala.Apply this paste to chicken.Leave it in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or over night covering it with a cling film.

Preheat cast iron pan grill for 5 minutes,Spread two table spoon of oil .Insert chicken pieces to bamboo skewers, grill on low flame for 40 minutes,turning for every 5 minutes. 
Sprinkle chat masala . Serve  hot with lemon slices to squeeze  on chicken and sliced onions and favourite salad.
