Cream of corn and Mushroom soup recipe

Healthy and rich in taste,specially kids love to have this hot soup in winters until last sip with garlic bread.

Ingredients:

Cream of corn and Mushroom soup


Sweet corns(frozen)-1cup.
Tinned or fresh  mushrooms-1small tin(2 tablespoons)
Garlic cloves-4
Ginger-1/4 inch.
Onion-1 small.
Butter-1/4 teaspoon.
Green chilly(finely chopped)-1
Vegetable stock-2 cubes.
Cornflour-1 teaspoon.
Pepper powder-1 teaspoon.


Preparation:

To make vegetable broth,
Saute sliced onion with 2 drops of butter.
Boil 3 cups of water ,add vegetable stock cubes to the boiling water.
Add  sauteed onion ,crushed garlic,ginger to water.
Let it boil for 5 minutes.Vegetable broth is ready.

Add remaining butter in pan ,fry sweet corn for a minute.
Blend these sweet corns by adding  a cup of water  .
Add this corn milk to boiling vegetable broth stirring continuously.
Add sliced mushrooms,allow to boil for 2 minutes.
Now add cornflour to half a cup of water ,mix well .Add this continuously stirring,make sure lumps are not formed.Cook for another 3 more minutes.Finally add pepper powder and finely chopped green chillies(optional) and serve hot with garlic bread.

Add few drops of oil saute sliced onions for two minutes.
Soups .Add salt according to taste.
