Broccoli soup

Winter warm up soup ,rich in antioxidants which helps in boosting immune system and also contains vitamin- A, iron,B-complex vitamins and can be made in 10 minutes.

  Ingredients:

Broccoli-half cup.
Garlic cloves-2
Ginger-1/4 inch.
Onion-1 small.
Vegetable stock-2 cubes.
Cornflour-1/2 teaspoon.
Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon.

Preparation:
Boil 3 cups of water ,add vegetable stock cubes to the boiling water.
Add few drops of oil saute sliced onions for two minutes.




Soups Now add crushed garlic cloves and crushed ginger ,fried onions to boiling water.
Mean while cut,clean and wash broccoli ,fry broccoli for 2 minutes with 1/4 spoon of oil add to boiling water.Mix cornflour with half cup of water ,add to the broccoli water stirring continuously ,add pepper powder
Cook for 1 minutes and serve hot.Do not over cook broccoli it spoils taste and nutrients,Add salt according to taste.
