Ingredients:

Plain flour/Maida- 2cups.
Yeast-2 teaspoons.
sugar-1 teaspoon.
Salt-1 teaspoon.
Yogurt-5 tablespoons.
Ghee- 2 tablespoons.
Water-200ml.
Oil to grease.
1 teaspoon nigella seeds(onion seeds)

Preparation:

Take 2 tablespoons of warm water in a bowl,add yeast,sugar and stir well,Cover and leave it for 5 minutes in a warm place.

Put ghee, flour and salt into a large bowl.Stir in yogurt and yeast mixture.Mix then adding a little water to make soft dough.Knead for about five minutes,cover and leave it in warm place,until doubled size.

Knead the dough again on a lightly floured surface,until the air out.
Then divide into equal sized balls.

Heat a non-stick frying pan in high flame.
Flatten dough ball and roll it into a oval ,slightly thick on edges.
Put it hot pan.When it starts to bubble,turn it over and cook until both sides are browned.Grease it with oil or ghee if desired,sprinkle nigella seeds.Serve.

Serve it with paneer-masala or any other curries.
