Ingredients:

Lamb meat-500 grams
Onions-1 cups chopped.
Tomatoes -3 medium.(cut finely)
Fresh chukka koora(green sorrel leaves)-1 and 1/2 cups.

To marinate lamb meat

Marinate meat and leave it for 15 to20 minutes before cooking.
Salt-1teaspoon.
Turmeric -1/2 teaspoon.
Chilly powder-1 and 1/2 teaspoons.

Spices:

Cinnamon stick-1
Cloves-3 to 4.
Cardamom-2
Bayleaves-2
Shahjeera(caraway)-1/2 teaspoon.
Coriander powder-1/2 tablespoon.
Garam masala powder-1 teaspoon.
Salt to taste.
Canola oil 1 tablespoon for cooking.

Preparation:

Clean and wash  chukka koora twice in water.
Drain all the water, finely cut leaves.
Heat oil in pan,add dry spices,and onions.
Saute till onions are lightly browned.
Now add the marinated lamb meat,mix well, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.

Add finely cut tomatoes and half teaspoon of salt,cook for two minutes.
Add finely cut chukka koora leaves,cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove cover and cook for another 5 minutes open,when the curry is dry.
Add 1 cup of water
And cover it and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is soft and cooked.
Now add gram masala and coriander powder,mix it.Remove from flame and transfer the curry into serving bowl.
